Erm...
You can alternatively use the numberpad: 8 (Up), 4 (left), 6 (right) and 2 (down), instead of the arrow keys. But if you are saying you wanna set a completely new directional keys, say on the Alphabets, then cannot.
P.S: Yeah... the song mostly Korean.. nice~

got once i played with my frens, still okie...cos both of us totally new to it, so both got very low scores...
recently i played again but with my dear...played until very pek chek cos he super pro then me like super lousy plus got ppl watching...in the end me got into a bad mood after playing

ic ic...yea lor play with fingers like very hard to control...
dunno la, i have very bad coordination system de...like sumtimes my hands and legs wun move at the direction i wan them to move...like i think i wan to move forward ended up moving backward
